The community of Northend businesses is a robust, diverse and eclectic mix. Businesses range from the high-end like the Boise Co-op and Cafe Vicino to the down-to-earth charm of EveryWear and Blue Moon Antiques to the unique and one-of-a-kind shops like Ten Thousand Villages and The Gallery at Hyde Park.
That being said, the Northend is also home to giants in thier fields of interest like Healthwise. All of them represent the values we share - a emphasis on caring for the environment, doing business with a heart, community involvement and compassion.
By our last count there are almost 150 businesses in the Northend. In addition to the traditional types of businesses and organizations mentioned above there dozens of small and home-based businesses throughout the Northend. Readywebgo and iPlan started in the basement of Dave's home on North 16th in 1999. Idaho River Sports started out of Jo Cassin's garage before moving to Hyde Park in 1987! Tom Coleman's Wobblenaught online bike fitting business has long been run from coffee shops in Hyde Park!
Northend.org is business supported and provides a vehicle for our clients by Dave Green - one of Boise's first full-time web consultants. Readywebgo is a graphics and design consulting businesses located in the Northend for over 10 years.
