Memorial Park is quiet and is the second largest park in the Northend

Description
A large neighborhood park adjacent to the Federal Building and Military Reserve near the Veteran's Administration is one of the largest parks in the Northend. North 6th Street traverses the park from Fort Street and divides the park into two halves.

The park has been tagged with several names over the years. It started out as Union Park, and has also been called Green's Park.
